We could not translate the whole text but we separated his  functions and we tried to identify the dioceses or churches Thomas Pincemaille was involved.  "Dioeces. Nouiomensis = Dioecesis Noviomensis =  diocese of Noyon, Oise, Picardy, France", "Dioeces Senonens. = diocese of   Sens, Yonne, Bourgogne, France ", "Capellanijs de Sauoisy = Chapelary of Savoisy, Côte d'Or, Burgundy, France". The diocese of Noyon we find back in the next text.  Interesting in this context  is that between 626 and 1145 existed the united diocese  "Tournacensis-Noviomensis" (Tournai, B -Noyon, î). For  the other places  we do n't have a second confirmation. Sens and further Savoisy are situated on the road between Paris and Dijon. The Archdiocese of Sens was  important because  with jurisdiction over Paris and in concurence with Reims till the year 1622 when Parish became an Archdiocese. Savoisy is known through Nicholas Rollin, chancelor of the Burgundian States in the15th century.

Thomas Pincemaille, prêtre, chanoine de l'église de Notre- Dame de Noyon. Donation à Michel Gauguier, marchand drapier à Paris, et à Marguerite Pincemaille, femme dudit Gauguier, ses neveu et nièce, d'une rente annuelle de 20 livres tournois sur une maison aux faubourgs Saint- Marcel-lez-Paris, attenante, d'une part, à la ruelle du Moulin³, d'autre, au "Kadraguier", et par devant à la rue du Puits-de-Fer, ou à leur choix, de la moitié des loyers que produira ladite maison, ladite rente ou moitié de loyers ne devant être touchée par les donataires, "que sytost que la paix ou tresve sera faicte et accordée entre le Roy nostre Sire et l'Empereur"². - 1er octobre 1543 (fol. 28 v°)

¹(L'ordonnance de Villers-Cotterets, d'oût 1539, relative à la réformation de la justice et à l'abréviation des procès, décida que toutes donations seraient insinuées et enregistrées dans les cours et juridictions ordinaires des parties contractantes et des biens données, sous peine d'être réputées nulles. )

²This last part of the text let us suppose  that Thomas Pincemaille had revenues in  the city of Noyon, France occupied at that time by the emperor Charles quint. La ville est définitivement rendue à la France après le traité du Cateau-Cambrésis en 1559.
