The second mariage of the postmaster Hipolite Pinchemel with Marie Jeanne Rimbert born in Bosc-Gefîoy, diocese of Rouen, Haute Normandy, France started with a lot of troubbles. Apparently for one or another reason they didn't mary in Quévauvillers at disappointment of the priest who refused to recognise this mariage and consequently the children born out of this mariage. In this way he forced them to mary again in his parish 28th january 1773, but under dispension of the publication of the three bans to avoid a conflict with that mariage in the other parish. In the main time he recognised as their child "sous le poêl" Alexis Hippolite Pinchemel baptised 19 july 1773 (see underlined text). . |
